60 Resveratrol Health Benefits
Reported by Online Medical Researchers

With all the health benefits promised by Resveratrol as a diet supplement, there’s one more that has not failed to amaze clinical researchers and scientists who are now deep in studying its various health giving and medicinal properties.
A research team from the Institute of Genetics and Molecular and Cellular Biology in France has discovered that while Resveratrol inhibits obesity and improves the life span of lab mice, it reports another effect in the form of enhancing physical endurance and overall body stamina as well.
Dr. Auwerx and his researches at the Institute observed that the mice administered with a dose of Resveratrol run twice as fast as the mice in a control group whose food intake did not get supplemented by the Resveratrol extract.
Moreover, it has been observed that the mice infused with the Resveratrol extract had more muscles and lower pulse rates that mimic the health condition of trained human athletes.
The good doctor attributes these surprising findings to a noticeable spike in the
number of mitochondria discovered in the muscle cells of Resveratrol-
With increased mitochondria, the supplemented mice were able to burn additional fat which inhibited weight gain while lowering insulin sensitivity. There was evidence to suggest that Resveratrol may have restructured the muscle fibers in the subject mice into a form that was similar to that in trained human athletes.
While the results of the study point to compelling evidence that Resveratrol has another wonderful effect of boosting energy levels, determining the right dosage is a key factor to getting the result but that has yet to be ascertained for it to be effective in humans. The research used high Resveratrol doses in mice and its proper dose levels in humans to match the effect in mice may trigger side effects so this remains a subject for furthers tests.
